This is a playback recording of my webinar on The Acts of Thecla, considered through the lens of astrological archetypes. Formally known as The Acts of Paul and Thecla, this text is dated to the same time as the Gospels. Even though it was a popular story during its time, it was intentionally excluded from Biblical canon because of elements of gender non-conformity and self-initiation through Baptism. When approached through the framework of the zodiac, constellations, and planetary archetypes, this extra-canonical story of rebellion, animal familiarity, and goddess devotion becomes even richer.
