Signs of Empathy is a new workshop from Bad Pastor (Lindsey Turner), based on their LA AstroFest presentation exploring the meeting point between astrology and the Nonviolent Communication (NVC) method.
Through guided teaching, open discussion, and personal reflection, this workshop invites participants into a radically compassionate way of seeing the chart: as a map of needs, not problems; as a language of dignity, not diagnosis.
We'll explore:
What Nonviolent Communication really is—and what it's not
How astrological signs act like needs: essential, morally neutral, and often misunderstood
How reading charts through this framework can help us listen more deeply, and live more peacefully
